Information in accordance with Article 13 of European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) concerning the following processing of personal data:

Personal data, including specially protected data, voluntarily provided by the CANDIDATE, will be processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of confidentiality and rights, in full compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

- Identification and contact details
- Data relating to professional life (academic training, professional experience, awards, etc.).
- Purpose, legal basis for processing and data retention period:
- PURPOSE: Presentation of candidacy for personnel selection
- LEGAL BASIS: The legal basis for managing the application of CANDIDATES is the application of pre-contractual measures and the intention to conclude a contract (Art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR).
- RETENTION PERIOD: The Curriculum Vitae and the data collected during the eventual selection process will be kept for a period of 1 year in case other offers arise that fit the profile of the CANDIDATE in the future. If, after passing the selection process, the CANDIDATE is selected, the data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship.
- Recipients or categories of recipients: Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller and by persons strictly authorised by him/her. The data will not be communicated to third parties nor will international transfers be carried out.
- Existence of an automated decision-making process: The processing does not imply an automated decision-making process.
